Main Responsibilities:
* Lead a high-performing Patient Advisors team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
* Ensure all colleagues have the necessary support to develop their skills and thrive.
* Manage the clinic workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and maintaining accurate diaries.
* Deputize for the Clinic Manager as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience leading diverse teams in retail or clinical settings.
* A customer-centric approach with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to monitor and escalate SLAs, manage incidents, safeguarding, referrals, and complaints.
* Strong leadership skills to drive performance and maintain relationships with senior leaders.
* Confidence and integrity to operate with discretion.
