Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Sefton Council's Children with Disabilities Team. This is a full time role, offering an amazing pay rate of £35 per hour.

A full range of free training availableResponsibilities:
Complete children and family assessments for children with complex disabilities and health care needs.
Present the needs of families to disability resource panel to secure packages of care.
Review packages of care.
Manage CIN plans, CP plans and CFC plans.
Chair CIN meetings and Core Group Meetings.
Attending strategy meetings and completing section 47 enquiries.
Undertaking statutory visits to children and families and completing direct work.
Undertaking Capacity assessments and DOLs assessments.
Court work.
Take part in the team duty rota and respond to any crisis.Requirements:
Social Work Degree or equivalent
Enhanced DBS
Social Work England registeredExperience:
