About the Role
As a Retail Sales Advisor, you are the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You will use your passion for great service to bring comfort and joy into every customer’s home. This role requires a friendly and approachable mindset. Full training is provided; no sales experience is necessary.

* Demonstrate product expertise and confidently recommend the best options.
* Guide customers through the buying journey by asking thoughtful questions.
* Offer honest advice and maintain accuracy to build trust.
* Maintain showroom presentation to ensure a consistent and pleasant customer journey.
* Support teammates, share tips, and contribute to a fun, winning team environment.
