Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be searching for an Office Manager to oversee the day to day operations of a large accountancy practice in Birmingham City Centre.
Duties and Responsibilities May Include (but is not limited to):
1. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
2. Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the office space.
3. Maintain office policies and procedures, updating as necessary.
4. Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks such as on boarding, time-sheets, and expense reports.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
The Ideal Candidate:
6. Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
7. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
8. German speaking is desirable.
9. Knowledge of basic HR and finance procedures would be desirable although not essential
10. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
