Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for a self-starter who is confident working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. We require experience in ERP support or applications management, ideally within retail, FMCG, distribution or supply chain environments. We value strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business users. Experience supporting Sage X3 ERP would be highly advantageous. Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and SEI/Nectari is highly desirable. Basic SQL capability is required to support reporting and analysis. Knowledge of EDI connections and third-party integrations would be beneficial. Experience providing broader IT support, including user onboarding and laptop setup, would be an advantage. Responsibilities: We support and develop our Sage X3 ERP system to ensure it underpins key business processes across sales, finance, stock and e-commerce operations. We develop and maintain reports, workflows and business processes within Sage X3. We provide day-to-day user support and training across multiple business functions. We ensure system reliability across ERP platforms, integrations and connected systems. We troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimise disruption to operations. We support core operational processes including order processing, invoicing and web sales. We work across the Sales, Finance and Stock modules within Sage X3. We use Crystal Reports, SEI/Nectari and basic SQL to support reporting and business insight. We support EDI connections and third-party vendor integrations. We assist with broader IT support tasks, including laptop setup and user onboarding. We liaise with external IT providers and support our US-based IT colleagues where required. We contribute to future ERP development initiatives, including a potential transition to BlueCherry ERP.
