Responsibilities
* Cold call potential clients and explain NGP’s services (B2B role)
* Challenge and improve customer procurement strategies
* Work with closers on tenders and supplier negotiations (87 global suppliers)
* Build and manage client relationships and accounts
* Monitor pipelines for renewal or new opportunities
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience in a B2B sales environment
* At least 6 months of B2B sales experience
* Experience working in the Energy Sector (not essential)
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills – professional and articulate
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
* Ability to manage your own workload and pipeline
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, self‑directed, professional environment

Account Director
Location: Gateshead
Responsibilities
* Senior day‑to‑day client contact
* Financial forecasting
* Input top‑line sales and direct costs taken from operations into contribution reporting when applicable
* Tracking budget vs actual
* Monthly GM tracking
* Full action plans where GM falls below target Identify Farming & Growth opportunities and pass these to the VP Client Services
* Ensure clear communications between the client and internal stakeholders
* Contractual commitments and deliverables
* Contract Change Notes / Variations
* Strong governance – ensuring a clear audit of decisions
* Driving continuous improvement agenda, working in partnership with TP Digital colleagues
* Overseeing production and accuracy of MI
* Invoicing and accounts receivable / aged debt
* Working with Operations on tactical delivery / decisions of the account running
* Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly review packs
* Delivery of weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
* Monthly / quarterly KSAT dip checks

Qualifications
* Solid experience in client services from either an account management, operations, project management or wider outsourcing perspective
* Previous experience managing a client in this capacity
* Ability to demonstrate how you have added value to a client’s business / service provision (client centricity)
* Understanding of the metrics used and the pricing structure in operation within the contact centre environment
* Experience of financial forecasting and invoicing
* Solid understanding of how Account Management can influence achievement of business objectives
* Ability to work proactively and positively in partnership with both operations and client priorities
* Excellent professional interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues

Junior Sales Engineer
Location: Gateshead
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
Responsibilities
* Support the preparation of quotations, cost estimates, and technical proposals based on customer specifications and production capabilities
* Communicate with customers to understand requirements for decorated metal products
* Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams to ensure customer requirements are feasible and met within timelines
* Review technical drawings and specifications to confirm compatibility with printing and decorating processes
Qualifications
* Engineering/technical background
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Ability to work to fine detail on a consistently accurate basis
* Commercially aware
* Good IT skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Customer focus skill set
