\n• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE with a proven track record of advising on the full range of HR and employment law matters.
\n• You’ll combine first-class technical ability with leadership and mentoring skills, plus a genuine passion for business development.
\n• Advising both employees and employers on a full range of employment issues, including grievance and disciplinary proceedings, redundancy, unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, and TUPE.
\n• Leading and mentoring junior colleagues within the Employment team.
\n• A confident leader with experience in mentoring and developing others.
\n• Strong business development instincts with an entrepreneurial mindset.
\n• You will have excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.
