Contract Support Administrator – Cambridge We are seeking a detail-driven Contract Support Administrator to join a leading facilities management provider, supporting world-class clients across data centres and commercial buildings. About the Role As Contract Support, you will be the backbone of the operations team – producing reports, managing financial data, raising purchase orders and invoices, and keeping day-to-day administration on track. You’ll play a key role in supporting month-end reviews, monitoring work in progress, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services. Occasional site visits and client interaction will keep the role varied and engaging. Key Responsibilities * Produce financial and statistical reports for a busy contract portfolio * Support month-end reviews with finance and management teams * Manage purchase orders, work orders, and invoicing processes * Monitor WIP, debt, and open purchase orders * Collate data for internal and external reports * Maintain accurate client files and carry out quarterly audits * Handle queries with professionalism and efficiency What We’re Looking For * 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative/finance role * Strong organisational and numerical skills (GCSE Maths & English essential) * Proactive, detail-orientated, and confident working with data * Great communication skills and a collaborative approach Why Apply?
