About The Role
You will be working with the Forest Green Rovers academy and will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence based individualised athletic development for the academy professional and youth development players.
Main objectives
1. Design, lead & manage activities aimed at maximising the health, fitness and athletic performance of the academy players. Develop and implement a strength & conditioning programme that will aid the athletic development of all academy players. Maintain records (for Audit/EPPP purposes). Conduct regular testing of players to ensure progression along their athletic development.

2. BSc/MSc in Sports science or Strength and conditioning
3. Driving license

5. Emergency first aid in football (EFAiF)
