Personal Injury Solicitor – Birmingham
Join the Catastrophic Injury & Large Loss team at Clyde & Co, assisting on high-value, complex multi-track claims for major insurers and self-insured organisations.
The Role
* Assist on large loss motor, EL/PL and indemnity claims
* Support senior lawyers on high-value catastrophic injury files
* Conduct liability investigations and quantum assessments
* Review medical evidence and draft legal documentation
* Attend court hearings, CMCs and client meetings
* Manage reporting and reserving requirements in line with SLAs
* Build and develop strong client relationships
* Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives
About You
* Experience in personal injury litigation (defender experience preferred, claimant experience considered)
* Confident handling complex legal issues in a fast-paced environment
* Strong drafting, investigation and case management skills
* Commercially aware and client-focused
* Ambitious and motivated to progress your career
