About The Role
To work as part of a team and be responsible for the day-to-day duties required ensuring the delivery of the Local Land Charges Official Certificate of Searches.
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Council's Planning Enforcement service.

Candidate Profile
Educated to GCSE level of equivalent standard
* Experience of office administration process's
* Experience of working with detailed manual and computerised records
* Experience of dealing with customers by letter, phone and face to face
* A good working knowledge of Word & Excel, with the ability to develop a spreadsheet & basic Word document.
* Ability to work as part of a team in an often time-pressured environment
* Excellent written and oral skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail
