THE ROLE As a Senior Analyst, you can expect to be involved in the following: Conduct deep-dive analysis into marketing performance, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value Assess campaign effectiveness (e.g. promotions, experiments) and measure both immediate and long-term impact Extract, manipulate, and join data using SQL (Snowflake, dbt) Create clear, engaging dashboards in Tableau (or similar) Track and report marketing KPIs (CAC, retention rates, channel ROI) Spot trends, risks, and opportunities proactively Collaborate with UK and global teams to ensure best practice and shared learning YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5 years in analytics, ideally in marketing, growth, or e-commerce Advanced SQL skills and ideally experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau (or similar) Strong grasp of marketing metrics Excellent communication skills to translate complex analysis into simple insights Proactive, curious, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams BENEFITS Salary up to £80,000 30 days’ holiday bank holidays Private medical insurance Pension match up to 4% Supportive, sociable team culture HOW TO APPLY Express your interest by sending your CV to Theo via the apply link on this page.
