Senior Mechanical Commissioning Manager – Commercial Projects
Location: London
Contract Length: Initial 3 months (likely to extend)
Start Date: ASAP
I’m working with a well-respected consultancy delivering large-scale commercial projects across London. They’re looking to bring on a Lead/Senior Mechanical Commissioning Manager to oversee the full commissioning process across live schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage mechanical commissioning across multiple commercial sites
* Liaise with subcontractors, design teams, and client-side stakeholders
* Ensure commissioning plans, quality standards, and timelines are met
* Oversee test documentation, witness testing, and technical sign-off
* Report on progress, issues, and performance across the projects
Requirements:
* Extensive commissioning experience
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong understanding of building services commissioning standards and best practices
