As part of our wider creative team, you’ll be working across every customer touchpoint — from website and email to social and performance marketing. It’s fast‑paced, varied, and hands‑on, with plenty of opportunity to raise the bar and bring fresh ideas to life.
You’ll also take the lead in managing a small offshore design support team, helping you scale output day‑to‑day while keeping quality consistently high.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Create and roll out campaign creative across web, email, social & digital ads
* Turn briefs into polished design work — fast, accurate and on brand.
* Support marketing and web teams with varied design needs.
* Keep creative fresh by testing new ideas and staying on top of trends.
* Manage and quality‑check output from a small offshore design team, keeping work on‑brand and on‑time.
* Stay ahead of trends and actively explore AI tools and innovations to improve speed, efficiency and creative output.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
* Strong skills in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* A sharp eye for layout, typography and detail
* Great communication and organisation skills
* Calm under pressure, proactive, and proud of your craft
* AI /After Effects/animation experience would be a bonus, but not essential.

* Full‑time hybrid set up with 3 days on site (minimum) and 2 days from home
