Shifts: 9am-5pm
A prestigious car showroom in Orpington is seeking a confident and professional temporary Receptionist to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greeting and assisting visitors and clients
Booking clients vehicle onto the internal system for service
Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
Providing outstanding customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
Preparing refreshments (tea, coffee, etc.) for guests
Maintaining the tidiness of the reception/showroom area, including loading/unloading the dishwasher
Supporting with general front-of-house duties as requiredIdeal candidate will have
Previous reception or customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential
Confident, well-presented and customer-focused
Reliable and professional with a proactive attitude
Must be flexible to work Saturdays
