Job Title: Commissioning Engineer
Location: Guildford, Surrey.
Salary / Benefits: £25k – £45k + Training + Benefits
Level of Experience: Client would consider applications from Intermediate through to Lead.
Profile: An established Commissioning / Water Treatment company who predominantly work on commercial and domestic sites are now seeking to employ a hardworking and competent commissioning Engineer to cover contracts across the Surrey and South Coast Region. You will be responsible for carrying out balancing and commissioning of air and water systems, calibrating equipment to ensure accurate readings of water balancing systems and producing detailed technical reports for clients.
Applications will be considered from the following locations: Woking, Farnborough, Bracknell, Weybridge, Epsom, Redhill, Crawley, Horley, Farnham, Basingstoke, Eastleigh, Waterlooville.
Experience & Qualifications
* Experience working as a Commissioning Engineer for an established company is essential to the role.
* Will ideally hold CSA Grade 2 or above.
* Will have excellent understanding of CIBSE guidelines.
* Will have excellent water treatment, chemical, and technical background.
* Will be well versed in relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
* Proficient in using IT systems.
* Able to demonstrate excellent communication / organisational skills.

The Role
* Working on new build and refurbishment projects within the commercial and domestic sector; balancing of Air and Water Systems.
* Balancing of supply/ extract systems, AHU’s, CHW and LTHW.
* Working to CIBSE guidelines.
* Producing commissioning reports.
* Preparing work for witnessing and liaising with external witness contacts.
* Producing detailed technical reports and working from building plans and drawings.
* Ensuring work adheres with currently Health and Safety Legislations.
* Continuing to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
