Lead and develop a team of engineers and maintenance professionals across your hotel cluster Ensure all sites are compliant with H&S, legal, and environmental standards Plan and implement an effective Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme Manage departmental budgets, monitor costs, and ensure energy efficiency initiatives Oversee capital projects and liaise with external contractors as needed Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high performance Collaborate with GMs, operational leaders and support functions to deliver consistent property standards Be proactive in resolving technical issues and delivering a seamless guest experience About You: What Were Looking For Previous experience in a senior property or engineering role, ideally within a multi-site or cluster setting Proven people leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop teams Hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivering results Experience managing capital projects and working with contractors Strong understanding of building systems, compliance, and preventative maintenance Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution-focused mindset A commitment to exceptional service and upholding brand standards Make your next move your best yet apply today and help us shape the future of hospitality.
