Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a motivated Architectural Technician, Part II Architectural Assistant, or Architect to join their team. Key responsibilities include: * Producing detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit * Assisting with site coordination and design support * Working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors * Supporting planning, building warrant, and CDM compliance * Helping to develop and refine project solutions for cost, efficiency, and buildability * Participating in team discussions and collaborative design processes What We’re Looking For Applications are welcome from candidates at various stages of their career – whether you're a Part II Architectural Assistant, Architectural Technician, or a qualified Architect, our client is open to the right person, not just the job title. You’ll ideally bring: * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word & Excel * Experience or interest in Revit (training will be provided if needed) * A strong eye for detail and architectural construction drawings * An understanding of CDM 2015 and planning/warrant procedures * Strong in building regulations, time management, communication, and teamwork skills * A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites * Leadership experience is welcome but not essential Company Culture This is a business where people genuinely enjoy their work.
