Key Responsibilities: Delivering inspiring and comprehensive music instruction to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Designing and implementing innovative lesson plans that align with the school's rigorous curriculum and high standards. Assessing student progress through formative and summative assessments and providing tailored feedback to support individual musical development. Collaborating with colleagues within the music department and across the wider school community to enrich the music program and create a vibrant musical culture. Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in music education. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
