Contract Details
* Contract Rate: £20 per hour via Hays PAYE
* Location: Sheffield (hybrid – three times per week on-site)
* Contract Length: 13 weeks (with visibility to extend)
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and verify the correct customer contacts using internal systems and public sources.
* Make outbound calls to inform customers about upcoming service retirements.
* Handle inbound queries with professionalism and empathy.
* Explain available options, including service termination, migration, or upgrades.
* Facilitate smooth transitions to new services or equipment.
* Accurately log all customer interactions for follow-up and tracking.
* Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.

* Experience in both outbound and inbound customer service roles.
* Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
