Location: Liverpool, Merseyside (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,070 to £32,724 per annum, pro rata
Hours: 28 per week

As a Service Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team delivering life-changing support to vulnerable individuals across the UK. You'll manage operations, develop services, and ensure quality casework that helps reunite families. Could you be the person who brings hope and connection to those who need it most?
What will a day in the life of a Service Manager involve? Leading and supporting a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality tracing services.
Overseeing casework, ensuring enquiries are handled with care, accuracy and urgency.
Collaborating with internal and external partners to improve service delivery and identify new opportunities.
Monitoring performance, managing budgets, and contributing to national service development.
To be a successful Service Manager, what will you need? Experience managing services and leading teams through change.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively.
Knowledge of global conflicts, migration issues and cultural awareness.
Confidence using IT systems and interpreting data to inform decisions.
