Private Client Locum Solicitor : Ongoing Assignment Immediate Start
A well:regarded and busy private client team is seeking an experienced Private Client Locum Solicitor to provide interim support. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and self:sufficient locum to join a reputable firm with a consistent and high:quality caseload.
Role Details
: Position: Private Client Locum Solicitor
: Start Date: ASAP
: Location: Office:based at least 2 days per week (flexibility for more if preferred)
: Duration: Ongoing assignment (with potential for extension)
: Working Pattern: Hybrid (minimum of 2 office days; remote flexibility around this)
Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied private client caseload including:
: Wills
: Probate
: Estate administration
: Powers of Attorney
: Trusts and tax planning (if experienced)
: Independently progressing matters from instruction to conclusion
: Delivering excellent client care and maintaining professional standards
: Using a case management system for efficient file handling and compliance
Requirements
: A qualified solicitor or legal executive with solid experience in private client law
: Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
: Comfortable working both independently and within a supportive team
: Availability to attend the office at least 2 days per week is essential
: Competent with digital systems and modern case management software
