Home Manager – Luxury Nursing & Residential Care Home

Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum + up to 40% Annual Bonus + Private Medical Insurance
Hours: 40 hours per week | Days
An established, high-quality medium-sized care home in Biggleswade is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead its next chapter. The service provides nursing, residential and dementia care within a beautifully designed environment and holds a Good CQC rating.
This is not a turnaround role. The home has strong foundations, a loyal and capable team, low agency usage (approx. 3.7%), and occupancy at around 80%, offering genuine scope for thoughtful, reputation-led growth. Following the retirement of a long-standing and highly respected Manager, we are looking for a visible, values-driven leader to provide continuity, stability and clear direction.
The Role

About You

Experienced Home Manager (nurse or non-nurse).

Confident overseeing clinical governance and regulatory compliance.

Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of occupancy and performance drivers.

Known for a leadership style built on trust, visibility and integrity.
