Full-Time | Up to £38,000 + Sales Bonus
We are seeking an high-calibre Assistant Clinic Manager to join a state-of-the-art, award-winning medical and aesthetic skin clinic in the heart of West London.
This is a key leadership role within a doctor-led CQC regulated environment, reporting directly to the Head of Operations and Medical Director. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and outstanding patient experience.
The Role
As Assistant Clinic Manager, you will provide efficient operational support while overseeing day-to-day clinic performance. You will lead a team of four direct reports, with scope for further team growth. This is a hands-on management role suited to a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard clinical setting.
Working Pattern:
Full-time
Monday to Friday
1–2 Saturdays per month (rota basis)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
Lead, motivate and manage a team of therapists and reception staff
Support and maintain SOPs in line with CQC requirements
Ensure compliance within a CQC-regulated environment
Drive clinic performance, sales, and KPI achievement
Maintain exceptional patient journey standards and customer service excellence
Work closely with senior leadership to implement operational improvements
Monitor reporting, data tracking and performance metrics (advanced Excel skills)
About You:
We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership ability and a passion for aesthetics and clinical excellence.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in an Assistant Manager or relevant management role
Experience in aesthetics, medical, dental, or similar regulated healthcare environment
Experience working within a CQC-regulated clinic (or strong CQC knowledge)
NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent such as ITEC/CIBTAC)
Proven experience in operations and sales with a track record of delivering KPIs
Strong leadership and organisational skills
High level of autonomy and proactive mindset
Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel
Fluent English
Impeccable attention to detail
