Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS
Hertfordshire (Hybrid)
Up to £35,000 base (£50,000 OTE)
Are you a driven Sales Development Representative with SaaS experience looking to make your next big impact? We're partnering with a fast-growing scale-up based in Hertfordshire that is expanding its sales team and looking for a motivated SDR to join them on their growth journey.
What you'll be doing:
* Prospecting and engaging with inbound/outbound leads to build pipeline
* Qualifying opportunities for the Sales Director and wider sales team
* Using phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to connect with decision-makers
* Working closely with marketing to convert campaign leads into meetings
* Tracking activity and success in Salesforce/CRM
What we're looking for:
* At least 6 months of proven SDR/BDR experience within a SaaS environment
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
* Ambitious, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced scale-up
* Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
* Ideally based within commuting distance of Harpenden
What's on offer:
* £30,000–£35,000 base salary
