An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Lawyer to join a well-established, highly regarded legal practice in an affluent area. This Residential Property Lawyer position offers the chance to work with high-quality clients and manage a varied caseload within a friendly and collaborative team.
* Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
* Handle high-value transactions including:
o Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
o Remortgages
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local agents and clients
* Work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team environment
* Attend monthly fee earner meetings and assist with team file cover

What we are looking for
The firm is seeking a confident and experienced Residential Property Lawyer who can hit the ground running and add immediate value.
* Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC
* Ideally 2-10 years' PQE (flexibility for more senior candidates)
* Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
* Strong relationship-building and networking skills
* Ambitious, proactive and commercially aware
* A team player who thrives in a collegiate environment
* Comfortable working with high-net-worth clients
