Responsibilities
As the Residential Conveyancer, you will handle a range of transactions for both freehold and leasehold properties, including:
1. Sales
2. Purchases
3. Remortgages
4. New Builds
5. Right to Buy
6. Shared Ownership
7. Transfers of Equity
8. Lease Extension
