With a well-established brand and growing portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to support the continued growth and success of their Lettings & Property Management team.
Your new roleAs a Senior Property Manager, you will play a key role in managing a residential portfolio while supporting the Head of Lettings & Property Management in delivering departmental objectives and driving business growth. This is a client-facing role requiring strong relationship management, operational oversight, and a proactive approach to service delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring fullpliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
2. Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
3. Coordinating property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors to ensure works arepleted in a timely and cost-effective manner.
4. Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring any issues are promptly addressed
5. Managing tenant onboarding, including referencing, lease agreements, and move-ins
6. Overseeing rent collection, arrears management, and deposit handling in line withpany procedures.
7. Handling tenant queries,plaints, and disputes in a professional and efficient manner
8. Proactively managing lease renewals to maximise occupancy and revenue
9. Preparing and issuing client reports
10. Ensuring all health & safety andpliance requirements are met, including certifications
11. Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
12. Supporting business development by identifying opportunities to refer clients across the wider business ( New Homes, Resale)
13. Assisting the Department Head with the day-to-day running of the department
14. Coaching and developing junior team members
15. Contributing to overall departmental targets and maintaining strong client relationships
What you'll need to succeed
16. 3–5 years’ experience in a residential property management role
17. Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation (advantageous)
18. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
19. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
20. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
21. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
22. Full UK driving licence
