What You’ll Be Doing: Supervise lessons across a range of subjects and year groups in a vibrant secondary school environment Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain engaged and focused Manage behaviour in line with school policies, promoting respect and a calm learning atmosphere Support students with their learning, encouraging participation and resilience Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and behaviour during cover lessons Step up when needed – from mentoring small groups to supporting with intervention and enrichment sessions Requirements Who We’re Looking For: Graduates in Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Science, Humanities or related fields Confident communicators with the presence to lead a classroom – teaching experience not required!
