The Opportunity
Shape and lead the future of identity at KPMG. As Head of IAM, you will define and deliver a modern, enterprise-wide identity ecosystem—enabling secure, seamless access for employees, clients, and privileged users across a complex, multi-entity environment.
This is a high-impact leadership role, positioning identity as a core pillar of digital transformation, security, and user experience across the firm.
What You’ll Do
1. Set the Vision: Define and execute the IAM strategy across workforce IAM, CIAM, and privileged access.
2. Own the Platform: Lead the design, delivery, and operation of market-leading IAM capabilities (MFA, passwordless, identity governance).
3. Drive Innovation: Advance modern identity architecture—identity fabrics, Zero Trust, and API-driven approaches.
4. Integrate & Simplify: Harmonise fragmented identity systems across merged entities into a seamless, secure experience.
5. Govern & Assure: Establish robust IAM policies, standards, and compliance frameworks.
6. Lead & Influence: Build and lead a high-performing team while shaping enterprise-wide IAM.
What You Bring
7. Proven leadership in enterprise IAM strategy and delivery
8. Deep expertise across IAM, CIAM, PAM, MFA, and passwordless
9. Strong understanding of modern identity architecture (Zero Trust, identity fabrics)
10. Experience with identity governance platforms (e.g. SailPoint)
11. Track record operating in complex, federated or post-merger environments
12. Strong grasp of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001)
13. Exceptional ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
