Elevation recruitment group are supporting a growing organisation who are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Leader to join their London-based team. This is a hybrid role offering a salary between £60,000 and £65,000 and presents an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building high-performing recruitment teams while remaining close to the delivery of hiring strategies.
This position will lead a small but impactful talent acquisition function responsible for attracting and hiring high-quality talent across multiple areas of the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping recruitment strategy, improving hiring processes, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the organisation continues to attract the right people to support its growth plans.
You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of recruiters, ensuring best practice across sourcing, candidate experience, and stakeholder management. Alongside leadership responsibilities, the role will also involve overseeing complex or senior hires, using data and insights to improve recruitment performance, and helping to drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring previous experience leading or mentoring recruitment professionals within an in-house talent acquisition environment. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, confident partnering with senior leaders, and passionate about building strong recruitment processes that deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
This role would suit someone who enjoys balancing leadership with hands-on involvement, and who wants to be part of a collaborative environment where talent acquisition is seen as a strategic function within the business.
