HSEQ Manager – Technical & Projects

We’re partnering with a leading facilities management organisation to appoint an HSEQ Manager – Technical & Projects, responsible for driving health, safety and environmental excellence across technical operations and project delivery.
This is a senior, visible role with a strong focus on CDM compliance, leadership and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HSEQ across technical services and projects, with accountability for CDM 2015 compliance.
Develop and embed HSEQ policies, procedures and management systems.
Line manage and support HSEQ Advisors, providing technical guidance and leadership.
Lead incident investigations, including RIDDOR reporting.
Manage audits, inspections and performance reporting, driving improvements.
Provide expert HSEQ advice to operational, facilities and project teams.
What We’re Looking For
NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
Strong CDM 2015 knowledge within construction or FM environments.
Proven experience leading HSEQ in technical or project-led operations.
Confident communicator able to influence and challenge at all levels.
Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management systems.
