The Team You'll Join

This isn't a stuffy boardroom. You'll work alongside a team who've scaled fintechs, managed millions in client assets, and still know their way around a decent Burgundy:

* Sam Mudie, Founder & CEO
– Former SE Asia MD at Cult Wines, managing $360m AUM and building global private client networks.
* Lee Smith, Co-Founder
– Serial fintech entrepreneur with multiple exits including Paidy (acquired by PayPal for $2.7bn).
* Lee Vidor, CTO
– Tech leader with 20+ years' experience, founding team at Wavecell (acquired by 8x8).
* Ben Dixon, CFO
– Co-Founder and CFO of Zero, scaled the digital payments firm from concept to PLC.

The Role

We are looking for a hungry, resilient salesperson to win new private clients, ideally with experience in wealth management, private banking, or prospecting private clients. This role is not about managing existing relationships, it's about following up on every lead, handling rejection, and closing deals. If you're motivated by commission and thrive on the chase, this is for you.

What You'll Do

* Follow up with every lead quickly, professionally, and persistently. Build trust with private clients and make complex ideas easy to understand.
* Handle objections and turn "no" into "yes."
* Represent Savea at client events, dinners and tastings.
* Work closely with leadership to shape our client strategy.

What We're Looking For

* 2–3 years' experience in wealth management, private banking, or private client sales.
* Motivated by uncapped commission potential, not just a base salary.
* Curiosity about passion assets, whether wine, whisky, art, or beyond.
* Interest in blockchain and tokenization (we'll teach you the detail).
* Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, ambitious, and comfortable building your own pipeline.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
