1. Position: Light Commercial Vehicle Technician
2. Location: Northampton Main Dealer
3. Basic Salary: £34,000 + Uncapped Bonus
4. OTE: £42,000 (Top performers earning £58,000+ last year)
5. Working Hours: Monday – Friday, with Saturdays on a rota (paid as overtime)

Responsibilities of an LCV Vehicle Technician:
7. Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards
8. Ensure customer satisfaction and meet productivity targets
9. Keep technical knowledge up to date with manufacturer training
10. Complete vehicle health checks to company standards
11. Maintain quality and safety procedures at all times
Required Skills and Experience:
12. City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
13. Proven experience in vehicle servicing, repair, and diagnostics
14. Full UK driving licence
15. Strong written and verbal communication skills
16. MOT Tester qualification (advantageous)
17. Previous main dealer experience (preferred but not essential)
