Responsibilities
* Act as the commercial contract owner for the NEC4 PSC Call-Off.
* Lead on commercial management plans, risk allocation, and governance.
* Oversee contract administration, payments, forecasting, and change control.
* Monitor supplier performance, manage KPIs, and address underperformance.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders across delivery, finance, procurement, and legal functions.
* Support assurance reviews and implement lessons learned.
* Contribute commercial insights to strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
* MRICS qualification strongly preferred.
* Significant experience managing complex, high-value contracts within infrastructure or construction.
* In-depth knowledge of NEC4 contracts and commercial frameworks.
* Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
* Track record of leading commercial teams in a matrix environment.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to take a leading role on a high-profile infrastructure programme. This role will oversee the commercial management of a long-term partnership under the NEC4 Professional Services Contract, ensuring best practice in contract administration, performance monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Working as part of a growing programme team, you will act as the primary commercial lead for the Programme Delivery Partner, driving commercial strategy, governance, and assurance across a complex multi-year framework. You will provide leadership to commercial and contract administration staff, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and effective performance management against KPIs.
