About the Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of complex needs, including social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Working closely with experienced teachers and support staff, you will help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to individual students and small groups
* Assist in the delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons
* Support students’ emotional well-being and personal development
* Help maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN setting
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
