What would I be doing?
As a Global Event Coordinator, you will be at the heart of producing a diverse portfolio of events, both in-person and virtual.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Orchestrating and producing a line up of 5+ annual events
* Presenting top-tier venues, hotels, and dining experiences to the Events Manager for consideration
* Collaborating seamlessly with third-party stakeholders
* Maintaining pristine records and presentation-ready materials across spreadsheets, websites, and event documents
* Coordinating logistics with our internal team to ensure flawless execution
* Managing event budgets to deliver maximum impact
* Travelling globally to oversee events and ensure their success
What would they expect from me?
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the event industry
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Composure under pressure, thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and budgets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in-person and over the phone
What qualifications and experience do I need?
* At least 2 years of experience in event management
* Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
* Experience working within budget constraints to achieve exceptional results
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software
