What the Role Involves:
Supervising lessons across KS3 and KS4 when teachers are absent
Keeping students on task and ensuring work is completed
Maintaining high standards of behaviour in line with school policies
Reporting any concerns or incidents to senior staff
Supporting wider school duties such as break supervision and corridors
Acting as a positive, consistent role model for students
Who We're Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people (tutoring, mentoring, youth work, coaching, etc.)
Confident and calm in a classroom setting with effective behaviour management skills
Adaptable and able to handle unexpected situations with professionalism
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Punctual, reliable, and organised
Passionate about supporting students and contributing to their development
