Automation Engineer | £50,000 - £60,000 | Bedford Our client is currently seeking a talented and experienced Automation Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-skilled professional with a strong background in PLC and HMI control systems, particularly with Siemens S7 and/or Rockwell ControlLogix platforms. The ideal candidate will be capable of designing electrical circuits and managing the full lifecycle of automation projects, from PLC commissioning through to final installation at customer sites. The Role: * Design and develop electrical systems and software for bespoke machinery. * Conduct design studies and reviews, preparing detailed specifications for special applications. * Compile and complete Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) documentation and all related ‘as-built’ electrical drawings. * Provide support in resolving engineering queries and addressing manufacturing quality issues as needed.
