We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Resource Planner to join our Operations team. This role will play a key part in ensuring the effective allocation and utilisation of resources across customer accounts. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will support project teams by balancing demand and capacity, optimising utilisation, and ensuring accurate reporting through our planning tools. Key Responsibilities Support the Head of Operations in resource planning and allocation across designated customer accounts. Maintain and update resource schedules in TEMPO, JIRA, and other Atlassian tools. Monitor utilisation, availability, and forecasted demand to highlight risks or gaps. Collaborate with project managers, account leads, and delivery teams to ensure accurate resourcing data. Support the production of regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility of resource allocation, utilisation, and capacity. Assist in developing and refining resource planning processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Support the onboarding of new projects into the resource planning framework. Escalate potential resourcing conflicts or risks to the Head of Operations with recommended solutions. Skills & Experience Essential: Previous experience in resource planning, workforce scheduling, or project coordination (ideally within IT consultancy, professional services, or technology environments). Hands-on experience with TEMPO, JIRA, and Atlassian tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders across multiple teams. Desirable: Exposure to professional services automation (PSA) or other resource management tools. Understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Experience in producing operational reports and dashboards for leadership teams. Personal Attributes Methodical and detail-driven, with a focus on accuracy.
