Working as part of a small, close-knit payroll team you'll take ownership of delivering a smooth, reliable payroll service while ensuring employees receive clear, timely support with their benefits and pay-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full payroll cycle from start to finish.
- Maintaining accurate employee data, updating records and processing changes with precision.
- Handling pay variations such as leave, absences and adjustments.
- Responding to payroll queries in a professional, supportive manner.
- Spotting and escalating issues around compliance, data quality or irregularities.
- Keeping payroll documentation organised, secure and audit-ready.
- Administering employee benefits, including enrolments, leavers, changes and transfers.
- Supporting wider confidential HR and payroll administration when needed.
