Job Title: Electrical Construction Manager (Commercial Fit-Outs)

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects across Central London. The role suits either an established Construction Manager, Site Manager, or a strong Electrical Supervisor looking to step up, with solid experience managing electrical packages on fast-paced commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day electrical site operations on commercial fit-out projects
* Oversee CAT A and CAT B electrical installations from pre-start through to completion
* Coordinate subcontractors, labour teams, and suppliers
* Ensure works are delivered on programme and within budget
* Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications
* Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snagging
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
* Liaise with project managers, main contractors, and client teams
* Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
Requirements
* Background in electrical construction within commercial fit-out projects (CAT A & CAT B essential)
* Experience as Electrical Supervisor, Site Manager, or Construction Manager
* Strong understanding of electrical installations and site coordination
* Ability to manage subcontractors and site labour effectively
* Good knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work in fast-paced Central London environments
