As a Trading Team Leader, you will lead and motivate your team to deliver top-tier store standards, ensuring our shelves are stocked and ready for customers. You will also:
* Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, legal standards, and all internal policies to keep our team and customers safe.
* Coordinate day-to-day communication within the replenishment department and work closely with managers and colleagues to meet sales and profit goals.
* Develop and multi-skill your team, providing the tools, guidance, and coaching they need to thrive.
* Drive exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
* Use data analysis to identify opportunities and risks, then take action with the Trading Manager to drive continuous improvement.
* Minimise waste, monitor stock handling, and ensure products are stored and rotated correctly.

* Able to plan, organise, and manage your workload effectively while ensuring all company policies are followed.
