As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience by providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, handling patient enquiries, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy healthcare environment. Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
