Position Overview
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced sonographer to join our team working in the ultrasound department, based at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee. Diagnostic ultrasound is delivered on several sites across Tayside and the post holder will be expected to regularly travel and work at other sites in Angus, Dundee & Perth as per rota.
Responsibilities
* Deliver diagnostic ultrasound services across multiple sites, traveling to Angus, Dundee, & Perth.
* Work according to the rota, which may include shift work and extended weekday or weekend duties.
* Attend a skills assessment as part of the interview process.
Qualifications
* Hold an appropriate diagnostic radiography qualification and be HCPC registered (or equivalent).
* Hold a CASE accredited post‑graduate ultrasound qualification.
* Experience in paediatrics, MSk, and obstetrics is highly desirable.
Hours & Working Conditions
37 hours per week; shift working may be required in the future.
