The McLaren Accelerator team comprises specialists applying our motorsport expertise to help our Partners' business challenges, combining F1 technology and culture with partner domain knowledge to achieve measurable results.
Our High-Performance Programmes deliver leadership training to partners through immersive experiences.
Purpose of the Role:
Lead High-Performance Programmes for our commercial partners, supporting stakeholder management and ensuring programmes meet partner goals. Develop and coordinate content and delivery of culture and leadership programmes, manage logistics, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver assets and digital offerings. Support strategic alignment and revenue targets, share best practices, and ensure contractual rights are fulfilled. Contribute to new material development and creative initiatives, applying storytelling and visual communication skills. Conduct lessons learned exercises to improve programme effectiveness.
