Job Description: The Finished Goods Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, storing, handling, and preparing outbound orders for processed electronic devices coming from Processing departments, and external vendors. This role ensures inventory accuracy, product integrity, and efficient warehouse flow by executing key warehouse processes such as receiving, put away, picking, packing, fulfilling and shipping. The operator supports cross functional teams to maintain timely availability of finished goods and contributes to a safe, organized, and high performing warehouse environment. Job Responsibilities: Manages the end to end receiving process for finished goods supplied by ATI, GTI, and external vendors, ensuring accurate counts and quality compliance. Oversees the storage, organization, and inventory integrity of finished electronic devices, including phones, tablets, smartwatches, computers, etc.—to maintain optimal warehouse flow and accuracy. Executes picking, packing, fulfilling and order preparation activities to support sales orders, shipments, and internal distribution requirements. Maintains real time inventory accuracy by performing system transactions, cycle counts, and variance resolutions in alignment with operational standards. Implements handling and movement procedures that safeguard device condition and ensure compliance with product grading and packaging requirements. Collaborates with cross functional teams (ATI, GTI, Sales Operations, Logistics) to ensure timely availability and dispatch of finished goods. Supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and contributing to solutions that increase efficiency, accuracy, and warehouse performance. Ensures compliance with EHS guidelines and maintains a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. May assist with inbound/outbound freight coordination, pallet building, dealing with couriers and customer collection, and shipment documentation as required. Supports operational priorities during peak periods or special projects (e.g., high volume launches, vendor returns, audits). Who You Are: 3 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment, with hands‑on exposure to receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and shipping activities—preferably involving finished goods or electronics. Experience maintaining inventory accuracy through system transactions, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution using a WMS, ERP, or inventory management system. Comfortable working with real‑time data and documentation. Ability to safely handle and store electronic devices (e.g., phones, tablets, computers) while following grading, packaging, and material‑handling standards to protect product integrity and quality. Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, logistics, and other internal teams to support timely order fulfillment, shipments, and warehouse priorities—especially during peak volume or special projects. Strong understanding of EHS and safe warehouse practices, with a demonstrated commitment to maintaining a clean, organized workspace and contributing ideas that improve efficiency, accuracy, and warehouse performance.
