Business Development Manager | Swanley, Kent (2 days in office) | £40,000 - £45,000 commission An established organisation within the commercial services sector is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join their growing partnership’s function. This role focuses on generating new B2B business across a variety of sectors and building long‑term commercial relationships. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in expanding the company’s regional footprint and developing a high‑quality pipeline of opportunities. Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage new prospective B2B clients across targeted sectors Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities using the internal CRM system Research, approach and arrange meetings with key decision‑makers and influencers Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and networking sessions to generate new leads Create opportunities for commercial projects, working with internal teams to progress specifications through to delivery Collaborate with senior management to develop regional growth plans and meet new business targets Maintain accurate reporting of activity, pipeline movement and relationship development Skills Proven background in business development or new‑business sales, ideally in a B2B environment Experience generating leads through outreach, research and networking.
