Protocol Education is working in partnership with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Colchester to recruit a passionate and nurturing EYFS Teacher for a full-time role starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children at a crucial stage in their learning journey.
The Role
* Full responsibility for an EYFS class, delivering high-quality, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
* Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Observe, assess, and track pupil progress to support strong early development
* Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Contribute to the wider life of the school and EYFS team
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds QTS (or equivalent)
* Experience teaching in EYFS (ECTs/NQTs welcome)
* Strong understanding of early years development and learning
* Warm, creative, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
* Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
