As a Senior Residential Support Worker, youll support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, while guiding and mentoring less experienced colleagues. xkybehq Your role will include:
* Acting as a role model and leading shifts to ensure consistent, high-quality care
* Building strong, positive relationships with young people
* Supporting education, leisure activities, and daily routines
* Contributing to care planning and safeguarding responsibilities
What were looking for
* You must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* Previous experience working in residential childcare
* Ability to manage challenging behaviour with resilience and professionalism
* Flexibility to work long day shifts (7am10pm) and participate in sleep-ins
